The kitchen has full size appliances including a dishwasher, and ever important for the beach, an icemaker in the freezer. The unit comes with an assigned garage, though a pickup, van or SUV may have to brave the elements. While all 16 units have designated spots designed in 1966, before SUV's and 4 door pickups became ubiquitous so the unguaranteed Plan B is the three first come, first served spots that can be an exercise in competition, especially in the busy mid January to mid April time period. The building does not have an elevator, but there are other units listed in the building if ground floor is a need. This has been a long time coming and we are so excited for this!There are brand new fire sprinklers installed in each unit and pipes along hallway, The ceilings in hallways are open as bids are being gathered for acoustic ceiling replacement, which has been started and expected to be finished middle of May. (Hallway ceilings are completed!) all exterior concrete restoration, new balcony, new paint, new roof and new septic drainage. The unit has been reduced in price to reflect this inconvenience.
