My wife and daughter stayed a night here. They booked directly with the hotel (reservation no. 7522). At check-out on the 22nd July, they were charged via credit card for the 1 night's stay. When I looked at the credit card statement, I saw that they had been charged twice for the same amount by the hotel, on the same day, but using two different credit card merchant accounts ('Logement aan de Vecht 2 Breukelen' and MS*Landgoedswaenenve Amsterdam/Mews Systems BV'). We called 'Logement aan de Vecht' and instead of refunding the duplicate payment, they charged our card a 3rd time. This 3rd payment was eventually cancelled. When we emailed this B&B with the evidence of the two transactions, they replied saying that they could not find any duplicate payments (which leads me to believe that they are completely dishonest, otherwise they would have followed up on my documented evidence and refunded the duplicate payment). So, for 1 night's stay they charged another EUR 223.80 on top of the EUR 223.80 and won't refund it. If you stay here, then pay in cash only! Absolutely appalling experience. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
