A most enjoyable week at the foot of Cervino/Matterhorn. Delightful communications before we arrived - such helpful advice - so we looked forward to meeting everyone and were not disappointed. All assistance given with great charm. Everyone could not have been more considerate throughout the whole of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is charming. Alpine - with the warmth of wood panelling and lovely wooden floors in the reception areas - and nicely decorated, rooms with traditional wall coverings - everything one needed. A very comfortable lounge and bar area and nice spa. A warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent breakfasts. A delicious dinner. And transport to the lifts in the lower part of Breuil Cervinia. Great location for the piste, bars, restaurants and shops but calm and quiet. What more could one want? See you next year. I cannot find any fault whatsoever My second time in cervinia and first at hotel Bucaneve Really liked the rustic decor and the junior suites we stayed in were comfortable and practical The location is perfect and the term ski in and out totally applies plus its over the road from an excellent ski hire shop and 100 metre from Cretaz chair Staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and clearly take great pride in working here and that applies to reception staff wellness staff , restaurant staff ( breakfasts are very good and housekeepers ) My only negative is that we had to leave !

What a wonderful hotel. Antique wood everywhere giving a rich architectural character. Reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant give a very professional service staff and are amazingly friendly and helpful. Our suite was very comfortable, with a stunning view of the Matterhorn and the pistes. Only 50m from the chair lift and an always available hotel shuttle to the main bubble. The breakfasts are excellent and only surpassed by the gourmet evening dinner menus. It is really central to the old town with two excellent restaurants only 15m away. We were so impressed as casual diners in Bucaneve for one meal last year that we booked the hotel for 2025. Email and phone communications were excellent. We have booked again for 2026

Hotel Bucaneve was an excellent choice and I highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious; the location is excellent: very quiet, very near restaurants and the lifts. The breakfasts were wonderful, as was the dinner at the hotel. Nice bar and common areas. Very nice spa, too. The level of service that was provided to us was nearly unprecedented: My friend left his luggage at the airport (MXP). The staff spent an entire day helping him get his luggage back. We thank the whole staff.

We have been many times before. The welcome is always warm and enthusiastic. The rooms are extremely comfortable and everything is done to make guests feel at home. The food is delicious- plentiful and local and wine recommendations are always spot on. Extra joy is the spa after a days skiing

We had the immense pleasure of staying at this simply perfect family-run hotel for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year 2025. We've stayed in some of the best hotels on all continents and can tell you with absolute certainty that the level of staff service level here matches the 7* Burj Al Arab - the warm, friendly and professional dedication of the staff here in every department are a benchmark. The hotel facilities are good, particularly the Spa is very well-equipped with outstanding treatments and reasonable prices. Great restaurant - both at breakfast and for evening dining too, well complimented by probably the best wine cellar in Cervinia. We booked again for next year as we checked out. We have just returned from the most fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We stayed in a spacious family room with our children and there was plenty of room for all of us to relax comfortably. The breakfast was exceptional, as was the restaurant where we enjoyed a few evening meals. The Spa was another standout feature—well appointed with exceptional massages to help ease aching muscles after plenty of skiing! The hotel’s shuttle service was a fantastic addition, which we found incredibly convenient during our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Being family-run, it’s clear that a personal touch is at the heart of everything they do, leaving us feeling genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

First and foremost, all of the staff we encountered were so lovely, friendly and helpful. We were given such a warm welcome, and all the hotel staff were just great with us and the children. Room was lovely with fantastic views, and the spa and pool were just lovely. Bar was great to relax in and the breakfast was very nice indeed. Ski/boot room was also perfect for what we needed. Would definitely return.
