Don’t come here during the weekend unless you don’t mind sleeping at a dance club in your room!!!! I am here now and gosh! 00:01 at night and the sound of the music is driving me insane. The receptionist Sara told me to rest assured that no noise could be listened upstairs. What isn’t the surprise that when we enter the room we could hear the disco??? And the later it got, worst. People talking, sound coming from the walls and floor. She offered us to change rooms now because they always advise people that book our room that some noise is expected during weekends? This phrase came right saying no noise in our room during check in. But now the kids are sleeping - yes - they sleep anywhere, even in the middle of a dance floor. But adults don’t. THIS IS NOT A BOUTIQUE HOTEL - this is a door to hell playing techno music. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere - this is not worth at all the one thousand euros we paid for a weekend here.

Amazing small boutique hotel. Sophisticated. Elegant. Hip. Eclectic. Ideally located minutes from City Centre. Offering 4 distinct restaurants, all serving premium quality organic produce, meats, fish, poultry. Decadent indulgences include in-house made gelatos, macaroons, and chocolates. Our beautiful and quiet suite, French & Asian inspired, offered quality linens, towels, and thoughtful amenities. What made our experience so special, however, was the incredible staff. Our sincere gratitude to the front desk staff, Claudia & Sara, and Jay & Giancarlo for your impeccable service at Areadocks North. As much as we loved the hotel, it truly was your staff that made it so memorable. Hoping to return one day soon.

Very pleasant boutique hotel very close to the Brescia center. Each room is unique, the spa is excellent. Very clean and welcoming. Excellent breakfast, several options for restaurants (loft restaurant, japanese, pizza gourmet), for cocktail time, a pastry shop, a furniture shop.

Grazie I loved this amazing hotel ❤️ I loved the interior designs of the room and hotel and the great selection of very classy and different restaurants and bars, and clothing shops, a pastry shop and ice cream shop all in the one complex 😍 hope to get the opportunity to come back for a longer stay to enjoy all it has to offer grazier mille 🙏😍

I was very surprised by the combination of restaurants, architecture and hotel. Never seen it before. Totaly good !! Everybody was very helpfull and friendly. We had dinner in the loft restaurant and ate pizza in the North Department. Both very very good ! Thanks for this great stay !

I could not love this hotel anymore than I do. The decor is so much fun and so inventive. The house and wait staff are outstanding and Elena and her colleagues at the desk have taken amazing care of us.Friendly and helpful. There are so many included amenities, such as a private hour in their rooftop spa lounge, use of ebikes, scooters or pedal bikes. Even the bathroom products are cleverly designed. The restaurants are beautiful and delicious, serving imaginative cuisine. We loved the prix fixe Japanese menu. Everywhere I look is beautiful. I would hire their designer to design my home!

We chose AreaDocks hotel because it looked stylish and quirky and we were not disappointed. Every part of our experience was excellent. The hotel amenities, staff, catering and overall quality were outstanding. Our room rate included access to the spa which was well worth it.

Bellissima struttura e personale davvero preparato. Le signore della reception super gentili. Suite completa di tutto e molto pulita oltre ad essere molto particolare l’arredo. Area spa molto bella. Nei ristoranti all’interno diverse scelte culinarie oltre alla super pasticceria con prodotti artigianali. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Ad un’ora da casa. È l’hotel giusto per rilassarsi. Camere tutte differenti ma sempre bellissime, molto pulito, cura dei dettagli. Le ragazze alla reception sempre professionali e gentilissime. Possibilità di prenotare la spa in uso esclusivo prima delle 18.00. In mansarda: 2 vasche idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco, lettini ad acqua, 2 🚿 emozionali. Dalle 18.00 alle 23.00 la spa è aperta a tutti gli ospiti dell’hotel. Questa volta la colazione, solitamente ottima, non ci ha pienamente soddisfatti ma può capitare. Alla reception se ne sono accorte e prontamente scusate. Torneremo sicuramente.
