This was our second stay at San Giacomo, and it was just as magical as the first. We originally visited two years ago on our honeymoon, when the hotel felt like the perfect blend of romance and luxury. This time, we returned with our 6-month-old daughter, and while we still experienced the same elegance, what stood out even more was how incredibly welcomed we felt as a family. The hotel has thoughtful touches that make traveling with a baby effortless. The spa offers early hours for families, allowing us to enjoy the experience without worrying about disturbing other guests. For the rest of the day, we could relax at the family-friendly pool. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate us as parents. One moment, in particular, truly touched us—when one of us had to step away to rock the baby, the staff covered our meals with a metal lid to keep them warm between courses. It’s small gestures like this that make a world of difference. San Giacomo has created something rare: a place that is both luxurious and genuinely family-friendly. We’ll be returning every year with our little one because nowhere else balances elegance and warmth quite like this. Bravo!

My wife and I and our friends stayed at the Trentino - Hotel San Giacomo for five days. I would like to thank all the staff for the wonderful welcome, warm homely atmosphere, desire to help and answer any question and respond to any desire. The spa in the hotel is very impressive, many different saunas with different temperatures, jacuzzi, for any health condition Good tasty breakfasts. Around 3-4 o'clock in the evening you can treat yourself to delicious pies with coffee. An unforgettable dinner in the gourmet restaurant in the hotel. We took advantage of the wonderful opportunity to get acquainted with the local nature with the help of a professional instructor (and by the way, for free). Very nice rooms. Special thanks to Irina for her help. In conclusion, a pleasant vacation in all respects, thank you!

My colleagues and I stayed here for three nights. San Giacomo was the perfect setting for our stay - we enjoyed excursions in the mornings and enjoyed working together in the most magical setting during the afternoons - icing on the cake was a fantastic and much-anticipated snowfall on the day of our arrival. Bravissimi!

I stayed with my family at HSG for 2 weeks. We loved the experience as a whole. The hotel is extremely well run. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated but at the same time cozy and you have the feeling of being at home. The hotel is run by family members and you get the feeling of also being treated like family. The restaurant has a refined cuisine and very prompt service. The SPA is excellent with a large variety of beauty and wellness treatments. We particularly enjoyed our nice room with a view of the mountains and we often sat there in the evenings enjoying the peace and quite. My little girls enjoyed a lot the Baby Club that organized many fun activities. The hotel also organizes many activities like trekking and biking in the surrounding places which are beautiful. I would definitely recommended it for a vacation with family or for a couple who wants some relaxing and romantic time. Virginia Serapioni

No words Needed. Everything was perfect and luxury. Our room was big with 2 floor. We were there with 3 children. The staff was very friendly and kind. The food was more than excellent. The hotel is well designed. The spa is also great. 3 floors. 1 only for families other for only adults and last is relax area were children can star until 3pm. Nobody can make mistake when stay here for his holiday

This is a luxury and a fancy hotel (a little bit too fancy for us), in a lovey location. The staff are very welcoming and professional. We had a two floor suite witch was huge with a great balcony. One problem regarding the room- there is no hanging place in the shower (not even a screw) so you have to go out naked to get the towel and get dress, the problem is that the wall facing the room and the glary is a transparent glass... and since you are staying with other people in the room (in our case children) its not a pleasant situation... and as far for the crumbling walls in the shower- the staff are aware of that. We had small diner in the bar- superb Breakfast was very good with a large selection food and drinks

We were a little underwhelmed by some of the staff. Not all of them seemed overly approachable or welcoming, which was sad. The cleaning ladies on the other hand were extremely friendly! The breakfast spread was quite impressive - we wish we could have this every day We were quite disappointed by the pool and spa opening times. These open late and shut early so unfortunately we were not able to use these more than once during our 3 night stay. We took part in the guided hike with Georg which was absolutely great! Georg put a lot of effort into explaining everything and we had a wonderful time - thank you again, Georg!!

We had a lovely stay. Last minute escape the crowds choice which ticked a lot of boxes. Lots on offer at the spa, staff super helpful and friendly with lots of local information. Excellent buffet breakfast, the gourmet food and bar offering lots of choices throughout the day. Garda and Rovereto museums a short drive.

Splendida struttura, ho passato 5 giorni di totale Relax rigenerante con mia moglie, servizio al Top, SPA bellissima, pulita e curata in ogni particolare, personale attento e clima familiare ti fanno sentire come a casa, disponibili a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il massimo della professionalità , Alessandro e Giulia in sala sono stati i nostri riferimenti, sempre cordiali e attenti a ogni nostra esigenza con grande discrezione e professionalità. Oggi è molto difficile trovare l’attenzione al dettaglio e la cura verso gli ospiti che abbiamo trovato al San Giacomo. Personale molto giovane ma ben preparato e gestito, colazione con buffet molto curato e materie prime di qualità, ottima la proposta di dolce e salato, merenda pomeridiana con proposta di dolci, panna montata e bevande calde, ottimo anche il menù della cena con una cucina Gourmet che soddisfa ogni esigenza……Che dire, sono stati 5 giorni meravigliosi, torneremo sicuramente!
