Great place for family vacation. There is a lot of activities for the kids, staff is super friendly and helpful. Wellness and Spa area is high quality. You can spend a week without leaving the hotel. New playroom and working spaces are top! Nearby Ski school at Ladurns is good choice for kids and adults.

This resort has thought of every little detail to make a relaxing and fun holiday for both adults and kids. We stayed with our two year old who got on famously with the very lovely staff in the creche whilst we got out for a few hikes in the mountains. In the afternoon there was lots of low key family activities like painting or cooking marshmallows over a fire. The food was excellent and the restaurant is laid out in such a way that, even though it was full of families with small kids, it didn't feel noisy or chaotic. We also liked that we had the same waiter (Francesco) every evening so we didn't have to repeatedly explain preferences and allergies. The pool area was lovely. The gym is lovely too. My daughter's favourite place was the playground and trampoline! Unfortunately we didn't have much time to enjoy the adult spa but there's always next time!

Exactly what we needed as a family. We visited the hotel beginning of July, arriving very late into the evening and the night staff were so lovely. The hotel prepared us a platter to enjoy as we missed dinner. I have to congratulate management as all the staff were so polite, informative, kind and very happy. Everyone we spoke to were very happy and helped us with any questions or tips to do. The hotel has a fantastic program for children to adults every day from morning to the late evening. We were so impressed we honestly didn’t want to leave the hotel. They have a petting zoo, ponies and horses. Along with an indoor and outdoor pool with slides from baby to adult. There was a barn with many floors of activities, and a wood workshop for children to create their own work. Our children enjoyed the art rooms especially the mud room. Which is a brilliant idea for toddlers and small children. The trails around the hotel are serene. What I have to emphasize is the hotel is prepared for families with children. From steps in the dining area and facilities for children to wash their hands, to aprons, bibs and utensils that are all accessible. Robes and towels for all age groups. Snacks and special menus for picky eaters. Single and double buggy/ strollers/prams available for use for walks and hiking. A week was not enough. We definitely will come back!
