"It was a very pleasant hotel, nice and quiet when I visited but it is the beginning of the year, didn't see anyone after checking in, amenities were nice and the room was very comfortable and clean. Location is not too far from Brecon, but best drive as it's around 12 miles. Breakfast was good, just help yourself to bits that are there. I would visit again."

"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very at home. Our host, Glenn, was attentive and extremely helpful. I'm a history buff and he was able to give us a lot of historical information about the surrounding area and beyond. The room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. If you are off on a day hike, the full English breakfast will keep you topped up and hunger at bay. It was a pleasure to spend a break at the Town House and hope to return again."

"What a lucky find! We went on a last minute trip to Brecon without booking to stay, and managed to get in here. The building is 365 years old! We had the last room available, it had a view over the hills in the distance and was very quiet. The bathroom was new and everything was super clean. The owners are very welcoming and their cute dog trix is adorable. Thank you Gail and Gavin, we had a great time and thank you for booking us in for the jazz!!!"
