Old Field Barn Luxury B & B

Beautifully restored old barn with comfortable bed in quiet Norfolk countryside. Delicious home cooked breakfast. Lovely host , made to feel welcome. Very good value for clean quality accomodation. Will stay here again when next visiting.

I stayed here with my son in order to attend a wedding locally. We were made extremely welcome and immediately felt at home. The accommodation was perfect and comfortable. Bed very comfortable with a selection of pillows. 24 hour access to tea and coffee. Bottles of water were supplied in the bedrooms. The breakfast was very nice, cooked to perfection and lovely and hot. Also a selection of cereals and fruit. We did walk to the village which is a mile away but a pleasant walk. There is a pub, the Gamekeeper where we had a very pleasant meal and again were made very welcome. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Many thanks to Elena and her husband for making us so welcome.

We booked out all 3 rooms for one night. The accommodation is faultless, spotlessly clean with every facility you need. Breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked with high quality ingredients. We enjoyed the brownies in the rooms. Elena is lovely and very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very spoilt. Would 100% recommend a stay here.

We needed somewhere to stay whilst visiting Tibenham airfield. *********** came up with this property when I used a score of 8+ on reviews as a setting on my search. The Old Field Barn came up and looking at the pictures it was a no brainer to book. On our arrival we were met by the owner Elena who was extremely cheerful, polite and welcoming. What struck us initially on entry was the fantastic conversion that you could see had taken place which was then further supported by some great photos of the conversion taking place in the entrance hall and hallway. My wife and I both loved the decor and standard of the entrance hall and room. The weather overnight was horrendous so we didn't get the chance to visit the garden and around the property but on leaving the next morning we thought it looked lovely. Our room was quaint and well furnished; very clean and exactly what we required for an overnight stay. I was also extremely impressed with the coffee machine that was available at all hours and the latte was brilliant. Finally, I have to mention the delicious breakfast as well as the attention that Elena paid to us when asking about her B&B and the conversion. She should be rightly proud of both the business and conversion and we wish her all the very best with future B&B visitors. I know if we are visiting the area in the future then we would be happy to stay again.

Everything about this B&B was perfect, can't fault it! Elena was an excellent host, helping with knowledge of the local area. Room was lovely and clean, lovely little extras like homemade brownies (which were gorgeous!). Breakfast was amazing and the hot chocolates from the machine were delightful! Would definitely recommend this place!

Elena was a super host, couldn’t have been more helpful. We were immediately put at ease with a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Very accommodating helping us park the trailer. Room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. We had an early start in the morning but were still able to enjoy full English and vegetarian cooked breakfasts which were delicious, plus a great coffee machine. It’s definitely our new go to place when we are in the area. Thank you.
