JJFOExtremely central location, diagonally opposite Chu Van An, the hub of downtown Hué with all the restaurants, shops and pubs. Hotel is dated but clean and everything still functions. You need to go for a riverside room which has a good view and less noise at night. In the city facing rooms you will enjoy thumping music until 2am. Walls are slightly thin so noisy neighbors will bother you. Very delicious and many choices for breakfast.

AArnau CasadevallWe stayed just one night in Hue. The hotel was fantastic, with a really nice swimming pool. Very clean and tidy rooms and excellent breakfast. I really recommend the hotel. Also they have nice restaurant just next to the hotel if you are looking for good Vietnamese food. Extra point: I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they managed to send it to me from Hue to Da Nang in less than 24h. This is not related to the hotel accommodations, but I really appreciate what they did.

KKaka EriolThe location and the service is good but the room is old. The gym also is small and the equipment is old, the swimming pool also small and looks dirty. We stayed 5 days but the breakfast provide the same for 5 days, easy to get boring. The noise cancelling in the room is bad, i can hear from outside clearly. Everything in the room is suck especially the bathroom. However, highly for the service and staffs there.

OOne n OnlyThe manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell. I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly. Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well. Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm. You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets.
