TTamu Normally I would not pay nearly $400 for a hotel room, but it was convenient to our appointment. The room was nice, but not clean. There was a used facial cotton on the floor behind the trash can, a small wad of hair clinging to the wall by the mirror, and crumbs on the carpet by one of the windows. We paid for breakfast with our room rate and it was ok. Good variety, but the only thing I would say that made it above average was the variety of fresh fruit. The coffee was awful. We had dinner in Saltine and it was good.

TTamuI had items stolen from my room after the first cleaning. There has been zero promises kept and zero engagement now 6 days after the incident.
Mgmt promised an investigation and calls. I didnt get calls. I had to seek out the GM of the hotel. When I finally spoke about my issues, I was asked what it would take to
make me satisfied. I told the mgr if they removed 50% of the cost of the stay, that would satisfy me. It has now been 4 days since my conversation with mgmt, and I still have not been contacted back by the hotel mgr. No calls, no emails, no follow up. I have now had to place the entire charge on hold and refuse to pay, as Delta Hotel by Marriott at the Norfolk Airport location has no idea how to settle a dispute with a sticky fingered room cleaner and an upset guest who simply wanted their items back.

KKevin KaneBest hotel I've stayed in, with large rooms, separate bedroom, two TVs and a large desk, great staff. Breakfast is ample and very good. Easy access to restaurants( a walk across the street) and next to the highway.

TTamuLocation is awesome, the waterfront view is beautiful! Lots of food options available within walking distance. Only downside was that the housekeepers busted in my room at 10am without knocking or saying who they were an hour before checkout. Very jarring, I understand misunderstandings happen, but that was very unprofessional way to go about it.

TTamuThe room was overall clean l, bed was comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t to my standards, around the shower it had built up dirt and the inside of the shower . The floor wasn’t swept in the bathroom at all. The sofa bed was broken so my daughter & I had to macgyver the bed to get it fixed.. overall an okay stay.

PPengguna AnonimEverything was really good! I only marked slightly down on ”cleanliness”, but it was more because of the way the bathroom was built. Condensation from showering gathered on the entire floor very easily and made the whole floor damp (I ensured the shower was not leaking any, it was not). I believe this would be because there seemed to be no exhaust fan? But I understand this isn't something that could be easily fixed. I had a great time and the receptionists were all amazing!

TTamuThe staff was nice but hotel was not in good shape. We were coming to this city to see our daughter’s school function. Then the tropical storm hit, and the event was cancelled. I tried to cancel 48 hours in advance but they did not allow. I even asked if we could just get a rain check and use it when the event was ti be rescheduled 4 weeks later. They said no.
Like I said though, the staff was very nice.
