Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff, particularly Cass the manager. The evening selection of food and drink was a highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay.

The cleaning is late on the second day, but it's a good travel.

Stayed for one night, booked two rooms for my family. The location is convenient as it is close to other stores like Target and other diners. Rooms were clean and had basic amenities but there is no microwave. Expected more from this hotel but the staff who checked in us could be more professional and friendly. One of our room pass card wasn’t working so had to go downstairs. Staff charged me twice so I’m still waiting for it to get corrected. Manager and staff when we checked out were very professional and assured me the payment would be fixed, so I hope it will happen soon. Overall, it was average.

We had a nice stay with using laundry. Breakfast was good with eggs, some meat, porridge/yogurt and fresh self-made waffles. They also serve popcorn and cookies throughout the day, as well as coffee and/or tea.

The staff were excellent, very helpful, service-oriented. The facility was in good condition, about at expectations for a Doubletree set on an Interstate route, college town with lots of traffic. I would absolutely stay there again when traveling through.
