TTamuI really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

TTamuImpecable room, very comfortable and so quiet that makes it easy to oversleeping :)
The location is very convenient.
Pool is ok (outdoor or on the roof would have been better than indoors). Also, there is no hot tub, and whileni can understand it is crazy to use one in summer, I can see it being handy in winter and spring...
The bar is nice, but it would have benefited from being a bit away from the checking lobby to have a better atmosphere and lighting.
Overall: recommended!

TTamuWe booked a KING room, paid for it and received confirmation. Only after checking in and going to our room did we find out it was 2 double beds. When my husband went to switch rooms, one person at the desk said the kings were all booked and the other person at the desk said there was a remodel and there were not any King beds. I don't know which is true. Clearly they were not interested in helping us at all and since we had already unloaded all of our luggage we stayed there anyway. BEWARE that what you book may not be what you get and at the facility and that was not explained anywhere.

TTamuSo close to the terminal, just follow the signs once you exit the terminal, cross a couple of roads and you're in the property parking lot.
It's clean and although an old hotel it's kept clean and updated here and there. For example beds have seen better times, but washroom was looking good.
Staff was great, food was fine and served fast.
On the down side one two items:
1 only decaf coffee in the room, odd eh
2 the shower drain wasn't great and will not drain fast enough

MMike and Lea KlattThe best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. I had a terrible time with the keys. The very first time I checked in I went to my room and came right back to the counter three times because the keys would not work. Other than being a little frustrating that was no big deal. However in my first room, the TV did not work. Also, I could never get in to the side door and always had to walk around. Was this a terrible place to stay? Noooo… but don’t expect much.

The room was clean when we got there
The guys at the help desk were very nice and always willing to help.
The ”breakfast” offer very few granola bars, fewer apples, some yogurts and coffee, only regular sugar. No sweetener of any kind, the juice machine was not working the 4 days we stayed there.
Cleaning the room. They require that the customer request the cleaning of the room. .In writing in a post it, and signed it,! then the guy at the help desk sign it too.
