Fantastic stay here at Olaya Riyadh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can tell they take cleanliness very seriously as the room was very well maintained. Breakfast was great as well, and we had a good view of Kingdom Tower from our room.

The outbound trip was short and not that hard. The room was big enough with a king-size bed, spacious, bright and luxurious. My colleagues were satisfied. It was convenient for the main project and work. Transportation was convenient and taxis were available. Service: Satisfied, Hygiene: Satisfied. There was an episode when checking in, but it was okay. It was just a language problem. Other things were fine. The return trip took a long time. I stayed a few more days for work reasons.

The hotel is very new, with good facilities and friendly service. You can check in early if there are rooms available. It is close to the Riyadh Exhibition Center.

The room was very clean and the stay was very comfortable, especially the quilt and mattress on the bed, which were very thick, which is very important. The hotel is in a good location, a ten-minute drive from the Kingdom Center and the National Museum.

Bad aspects: 1. The room layout is not very good, the tea bar is close to the bed, it is quite crowded. 2. The 227 I chose, when I turned on the faucet of the wash basin in the bathroom, a foul smell came out, which was really unbearable. The hotel service staff dealt with it, but it didn't get better. Compared with the service in China, it is still poor, and they didn't offer to help change rooms. 3. One night when I took the elevator, it suddenly ran out of power and got stuck, which was also embarrassing. Good aspects: 1. The desserts for breakfast are pretty good. 2. It happened to be Saudi Arabia's Independence Day, and there were chocolates for free.

The hôtel is located in riyad very nice hôtel ,I love the service and facilities that it provide very cleans and nice foods .the hotel is located near to market and center of city very beautiful I love it ,I recommend to visit .

Check-In/Check-Out: The check-in and check-out process was very fast, making it a hassle-free experience. Room: The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it. Room Service Food: The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary. Breakfast: Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch. Spa: The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient. Getting Around: Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free. Overall Experience: A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive, and the room card issue needs to be addressed.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but it is clean and hygienic. It is a 15-minute walk to the King Center in the city center. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. The staff is very friendly. I recommend this hotel.

I read some negative comments about that hotel but in my case it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms need a refurbishment to stay up to date. Especially the bathroom, but it isn't that bad. Also, easily accessible car parking is provided in the basement of the building.
