Hotel dengan Sarapan Pagi di Tangier

Sorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

Our first time in Morocco and this hotel, adjacent to a stunningly beautifully restored bullfighting complex now used for cultural events, was beautiful also and the staff are outstanding. Every request was greeted with an enthusiastic response and immediate action. The hotel is only 1.5 years old and easily accessible from downtown, the walled markets and the airport. They have a restaurant open during business hours for guests and a breakfast buffet that was above and beyond.   No pool , but wifi was good and staff were attentive and helpful.  Would stay there again without question.

Lovely Modern Hotel. Location is ideal if you’re looking to enjoy the marina. Nice staff, very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and chef on hand to do your eggs, nice touch. Spa and gym was nice. Location is excellent for the clubs along the marina. Very pleasant stay at the Barcelo.

Perfect location if you travel all around Morocco: right next to the train station (you can get to Rabat in 1:20 and to Casablanca in 2:10) and a square where you can take a taxi to Tetouan (1 hour ride). Beach is a 3-minute walk away. Old city is about 2,5 km away. Room was quite spacious and clean. Big bathroom. However, water regulators in both showers didn't work properly. Water always was too hot. They kind of fixed it on the second day. However, water still was very warm. Taking a cold shower wasn't possible. Nice sea view from the restraunt at the top floor. Breakfast was there too and it was way below expectations for 5-star hotel. A lot of baking but no salmon (which is common in 5-star hotels) and too few drinks, fruit and protein-rich meals. Sure, we could order an omelete with additions (like beef, cheese, tomatoes etc.), but some staff didn't speak English, so sometimes ordering was frustrating.

Love the location and staff was so nice there and can speak good english however drinking water was so much expensive there. haha..

Saat saya sampai dan masuk kamar mandi ada beberapa kecoa kecil. Jadi saya membunuh apa yang saya bisa dan pergi membeli insektisida. Selebihnya, itu Ibis. - AC ruangan: Sempurna - Layanan kebersihan: Cukup bagus - Sarapan: Bencana.🤦♂️ - Wi-Fi: Sinyal sangat bagus - Kenyamanan kamar: Kecil, tapi sangat tenang dan tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. - Lokasi: Ya, itu tergantung pada apa yang Anda cari, menurut saya baik-baik saja. Meskipun saya merasa sangat kewalahan karena banyak anak kecil yang mengendus cola dan mengemis dan tidak ada polisi di daerah tersebut. Mereka tidak melakukan apa pun kepada Anda, mereka hanya meminta, tetapi hal itu berlebihan dan memberikan citra buruk. Sebelumnya kawasan ini lebih sepi.

The location is excellent—quiet, away from the city’s noise, and offering a beautiful sea view that makes for a very relaxing stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the young staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. I would recommend this hotel to travelers across different budgets. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms rely on air conditioning for heating, which was not very comfortable. A proper heating system, such as external radiators, would greatly improve guest comfort. During my 9-night stay, this issue unfortunately contributed to me catching a cold. Additionally, installing bidets in the bathrooms would be a valuable upgrade, as this is an important feature many travelers appreciate but is currently missing. It is a relatively small investment that could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Struttura ottima e in posizione perfetta. Appena fuori dal caos della Medina ma centralissima. Buona colazione, materassi comodi, buona insonorizzazione. The hotel was very cheap we payed around 35euro. the room was quite big with a bathtub and a nice terrace overlooking the pool. The bellman was extremely nice. Unfortunately the room was dirty, the floor there was dirt on the wall. I called in the afternoon to confirm that the room would be a kind bed. Once we arrived it was twin. We were very tired and it was late, we had to wait that the housekeeping staff come to make à the bed king. He was super nice by the way.
