TTamuBest service ever. The ryokan provided transport to nearby attractions and also picked us up when we are done for the day. The food was amazing too :)

TTamu華人友好，有台灣、香港（Miss 馬服務不錯👍）服務生，態度很好，熱情。
酒店套房設計，挺新，不是傳統温泉酒店，帶有些商務休閑氣息。
唯一要扣分的地方，洗手間有點味跑到房間了。床一般，睡得沒有白檀踏實。
勝在於綜合評分高。

DDreamniteA beautiful hotel sited beside a nice lake. Very good view and it has a nice public onsen.
Service is good, food is good and nice big soft beds.
The only bad thing is that it is very far from the major town. You have to drive out for food. Once you buy your snacks and drinks in advance, then it will be all good.

TTamuThe private onsen service was terrible. Please do not get the private onsen. The receptionist in the onsen does not understand english. The receptionist also did not assist us. The time was also incorrect. We were supposed to have 8-9 and 9-10 slot. But ahe is so confused. And 9:30 they are already knocking our doors calling us to come out.
A totally bad experience in the private onsen.
The hotel is ok. Food is also good. The private onsen which was supposed to be the highlight of our trip… became the worst. Total waste of money

AANASTASIIA_BERDNIKOVAThis hotel is a paradise in the mountains of Hakone! Traditional style of the rooms - it feels like you are living in a Japanese family. We were prepared a traditional dinner, which was served in our room. It was very tasty and varied! The hotel has 3 onsen: 2 - private, 1 - public. We visited only the private ones (you need to book a time in advance at the reception upon check-in, the visit time is 30 minutes). It was wonderful! The hotel also provides a transfer from and to the nearest train stations. The rooms are clean, cozy, we slept on tatami under soft blankets. The hotel has a relax room. With massage chairs and a very quiet atmosphere. We stayed in this room after visiting the onsen and got great relaxation. And you are also given national clothes for rest and sleep. It is very beautiful and cute. Breakfasts were also in kaiseki style - varied and unusual. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. this hotel allows tattoo baths. great experience, thank you very much! want to come back again!
