TTamuThis was overall a pleasant stay. The physical facilities look like they could use some additional upkeep, especially the walls and carpeting in the corridors. The gym is in a separate building and is not very convenient. However the staff and management at the front desk are extremely courteous and helpful, and the other staff in the hotel, especially the restaurant and housekeeping staff are as well. The location of the hotel is convenient though more crossings across the road would be helpful. Breakfast is tasty and includes some local specialties.

RRangshijiechongmanai2222一個很不錯的酒店，服務人員温馨熱情，一到酒店服務人員就為我們升級了房間，讓我們住得更舒服。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，高居31層，一個大大的開放式陽台，就是一個不折不扣的觀景台。早餐獨特而別緻。本次入住停車問題被平台忽悠了，本來酒店沒有自己的停車場，而在網上卻顯示免費停車，害的我們免費把車停在了離酒店幾百米遠的路邊，害怕被貼罰單，晚上睡覺總是忐忑不安。不過，與攜程合作這麼多年我們也體諒平台的不易，衹要沒吃罰單就好。

TTamuRight along the ocean with ocean views. Good housekeeping service. Breakfast had a good variety. The facility is a bit dated. Hallway curtains were yellow and cigarette smells can be smelt faintly throughout the hotel. Our booking included an afternoon tea set, which was nice; however, you have to claim the coupon every day on your own initiative. They won't just hand you the coupon for every night of stay upfront. I think they're trying to cut costs. Same goes for the tickets to the nearby Scenic Area that requires tickets to enter. This is a great local to view the sunrise; there's even a rooftop platform for viewing.

PPengguna AnonimThis was my second stay at this hotel and will not be my last. The service is excellent from check in (special thank you Barbara) to the entire staff. Our room was facing the ocean and the sound of the waves was soothing. You are near the wonderful Maritime museum and steps from the beach. Overall a great place to stay five stars. I will definitely return.

TTamuThe hotel stay and services were great and also walking distance to the beach. I loved the location and staffs were quite friendly, helpful even though the language was a big barrier. The staff shared the official WeChat to have easy communication.
Recommend to any family and people love comfort when they are outside.

JJustEsteeJAll together wasn’t worth of price unfortunately, cleaning was not really perfect. (The floor full of dust). At least the beds are really comfortable and clean to have a good sleep. In the room no coffee option even when I used the 4 peace of tea bag they not replace it. (No fridge either)
Breakfast ALWAYS the same and only Chinese food, don’t have lot of options (no coffee, no vegetables)…
The elevator super slow 😖😁🫣

JJo LeiThis is our second stay at Fairyland Resort Hotel, our first stay was in 2018, environment is still the same, nice beach, excellent hotel with much more amenities as compared to 2018. The kids really enjoy their stay here.

TTamuThe hotel was on the beach as expected. There were quite a few things to do on the beach. There were several small restaurants in the area also which made getting meals easy. The elevators were a little slow because they were very busy. Parking was an extra 20 RMB per night. But there were always spaces. You could see the ocean, but the view was not real great from our room. If I were to go back, I think I would try to get a room in one of the buildings that give us a full ocean view.
