春節期間怕沒有早點，所以在攜程上特意入住這家有兩份早餐的賓館，結果入住後第2天早晨告訴我:沒有。我跟她説攜程上寫的有，她説那你找攜程去吧，反正我們這兒沒有。態度極差。從我入住到最後退房服務中一直都沒個笑臉。
本人外出旅遊了這麼多年，頭一次見到這樣的態度，很讓人嗤之以鼻。
沒有早點可能是同攜程溝通的問題，但是你態度好一點呀，春節期間我們大家都理解。我想從這一點也可以看出慶城城市的管理水平有待提高。

The hotel service is very good. I felt it when I parked my car before entering - it was freezing rain and the car was covered with ice crust. I asked the parking attendant if there was an underground garage. He said there were only above-ground parking spaces, but there was a covered garage behind the hotel. . Then he guided me to park the car and put it in the garage, and also instructed me to take a shortcut through the small door next to the hotel. The front desk also took the initiative to say hello, and also prepared free Nongfu Spring. I said that two bottles of tea for the room were not enough, so I took 2 bottles.
Although the facilities in the room are not new, they are well maintained. One disadvantage is that the soundproofing of the room is not good. If someone talks loudly next door or in the corridor, it will be disturbed.
