Firstly the hotel is good. But for example i need ice for my medicine but they did not have its not normal that not to find medicine. The refrigerator was not working. but the other things is good. Room is big shower is clean the beds are fine at all i stayed 2 days there and it was fine.

The hotel is located right by Dongchang Lake, with many attractions around it, such as the Ancient Chinese Water City, Guangyue Tower, Shanxi and Shaanxi Guild Hall, etc., which are all very close and can be reached on foot, making it very convenient to travel. The building has a unique design, and it looks like a beautiful giant ship on Dongchang Lake from a distance. The room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, making it particularly safe to stay. The hotel also has a large balcony, where you can enjoy the breeze and the beautiful scenery of Dongchang Lake in your spare time. The front desk staff Xiao Jia, Xiao Xue, and Xiao Hu are warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out speed is very fast. Any needs can be responded to in time, and the free fruit plate delivered every day also makes people feel warm. The dishes in the Chinese and Western buffet restaurant are rich and varied, and the taste is also very good. Convenient facilities: The parking lot is large and parking is super convenient.

I booked it in advance with Ctrip, and I paid a 200 yuan deposit at the store. The room was quite big, with a complete set of sofas and stools. Four or five people could sit in the room. Then I plugged it in, and it stopped working again after two seconds. I took the hair dryer to the front desk, and the staff who had just taken the hair dryer tried it and said that there was no way, the room was full, there were no extra hair dryers, and then there was no more. He kept talking to himself and said that there was no way. There was no apology or solution during the whole process. When I got angry, another staff contacted a hair dryer and sent it to the room. I was speechless. Such a big hotel didn't even have a spare hair dryer. Faced with such an emergency, this was the way to deal with it. It's the first time I've encountered such a situation after booking hotels with Ctrip for so long. The last picture is the faucet in our room. The scale must have not been cleaned for a long time. Finally, I would like to ask, when I booked, Ctrip provided a service to upgrade the room, but I did not enjoy it when I arrived at the hotel. I don’t know if it is a problem of the hotel or Ctrip. In short, I am not satisfied with this stay.
