I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

停車方便，有自己的停車場。地理位置好，距離古城西門步行十分鐘。附近設施齊全、購物吃飯點外賣都方便。在新疆其他城市看望朋友時，朋友給預訂的同集團酒店，體驗感不錯，所以自己預訂時也選了這家酒店。缺點是走廊裏竟然有樓梯，搬着行李箱上下不方便。

第一天到古城客服親自來接的，幫我們提行李箱，因帶了孩子和長者，東西較多，住所離汗巴扎很近，轉個彎就到，民宿環境乾淨，裝修很有特色，就在古城的巷子裏，專門選了帶窗的親子間，晚上當地的小孩在門口玩的聲音有些吵，其他都特別好。
