DDiego Bexiga M CarvalhoJá é a terceira vez que me hospedo neste hotel, o quarto é sem comparações, muito novo, limpo, cama e travesseiros excelentes, além de ser amplo e confortável. Um ponto que acredito que ainda tem a melhorar é o atendimento na recepção, possuem vários funcionários, mas sempre que fui tinha alguns em treinamento e inaptos para atendimento, isso atrasa um pouco o check in. O café da manhã é bom, com excelentes opções e a localização muito próxima do Aeroporto e do centro de Guarulhos.

TTamuIt exceeded my expectations! I'd read a lot of bad reviews about this place but actually there's nothing wrong with it apart from having weak wifi but aside from that it serves its purpose. Check in and check out was smooth (if you arrive from the airport on the shuttle bus you will experiencea wait) , breakfast is good, the spacious room was clean, modern and comfortable with a small balcony and staff are helpful. There was a nice garden area with a pool where you can relax if you have a few hours spare before a flight. We had a long wait for our flight so walked to the nearest mall 20 minutes away....uber is very cheap if you prefer. Despite the hotel location being close to a busy motorway the hotel is remarkably peaceful. This is our 4th stay near GRU airport and this was my favourite mid range hotel to date. From now on this will be my hotel of choice. One thing to bear in mind...the hotel shuttle bus service to GRU does not operate on Sundays.

TTamuItu adalah hotel Marriott, seperti yang Anda duga. Kamarnya bersih, luas, dan berlokasi strategis, hanya 5-6 menit naik taksi dari bandara internasional. Kasur Simmons memberikan tidur yang nyaman. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah AC-nya agak berisik.

TTamuThe hotel itself was nice and the room was good however service let it down. The night I checked in, I was made to pay again at the counter even though I had already booked and paid on trip. This meant it had to be resolved and I was not satisfied with the compensation I received being free shuttle service to the airport as this was the fault of IBIS and I believe I should have been offered more.
