The Queen bed was merely two twin beds side by side. The air conditioner didn't work. The hotel is located on a very thin one way road not near any restaurants.

酒店位置有點偏，服務十分拉胯，酒店房間佈局不合理，七繞八繞的，花了很長時間才找到房間。酒店服務員英語不流利，第二天退房時前台無人提供服務。入住時未主動提供水單，離店後發郵件不予理睬。非常糟糕的體檢，請注意避雷。

I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Although it is advertised as a 3-star hotel, it does not meet this status. It is not even 2-star. It could be a student or worker dormitory. We planned stay for 3 nights. When we arrived, the first room we were offered was not cleaned after the previous guests. It looked like the previous occupants had just left. We refused to use the uncleaned room and were given another room. The beds were made, but the bathroom was dirty and had broken fixtures. I will mention that I had booked a room with a double bed, but both rooms were offered with two single beds. We did not want to look at the third room anymore, found another hotel and left this place. Fortunately, we did not get any illness. Of course, the hotel refused to refund the money for unused services. I definitely do not recommend this hotel and hope that other travelers will avoid this hotel to avoid a similar experience.

The hotel accepted my booking with arrival time 00:30, and then I was asked to pay the municipal tax so they could arrange the check-in. After a brief discussion the hotel told me that I wouldn’t be able to take my room and they rejected checking me in at the agreed time, claiming the general check-in policy until 00:00. I was given no alternatives, no options to arrange that at an extra fee maybe and I was asked to book a different hotel literally 20 minutes before my arrival. The customer service was also slow and rude and they did not pick up the phone even though I called three times before they closed the reception. The hotel decided not to honor the booking but also not to refund my booking / give an alternative. Lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills from the staff that contacted me.

Stayed for one night. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, we had no complaints. There's also a very helpful leaflet with useful information on it (transportation, grocery stores) in the room. The only thing we missed is a mini fridge. The parking garage is fantastic, lots of space. The check out process is a big strange - you just leave the card on the desk on your way out. Overall a nice stay anyway.

Check-in is slow (like the rest of Bratislava), if you reserve bed’n’breakfast make sure that you’re on the “list” for breakfast (BTW: breakfast is served 07:30-08:30 AM). The bar doesn’t work or serve coffee (forget about beer or wine), Cleanliness of the sheets is questionable.

The hotel room was very pleasant. It was on the ground floor at the back and was cool despite the heat outside. Did not mind the single beds but might be a problem to someone expecting a double bed. WiFi worked but not too well. Room was relatively comfortable. Breakfast has improved since last year but still only provides service from 0730h to 0830h promptly. Breakfast is over priced at €15 as there is not much selection and its a bit hit and miss. However, was convenient for my work.
