Terrible e-kiosk, great example where automation failed. Owner of the hotel would like to save money on personal and decided to replace receptionist by machine. Terrible decision. Machine was broken and they were not able to manage smooth checkin. You dont want it, because it take lots of time with communication with help desk. Huge reccomendation of avoiding this place.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte,30 agosto,in attesa del volo il giorno successivo.Ottimo hotel a 6 minuti dall' aeroporto e 5 minuti dal centro.Camere pulite, ottimo servizio, ottima colazione sia dolce che salata.E stato possibile lasciare le valigie in hotel dopo il check out per visitare la città.Consigliato.

Hotel fica um pouco afastado do centro de Bratislava mas tem fácil acesso através do elétrico. Bom pequeno-almoço. Quarto limpo e espaçoso. Talvez reservasse algo mais próximo do centro numa futura ocasião mas achei um preço justo para os serviços oferecidos pelo hotel. No quarto em que ficamos as cortinas não funcionavam (estragadas) e tinha demasiada luz de manhã (não foi um problema pois acordávamos muito cedo para explorar a cidade). Saímos antes das 08:00 e não estava ninguém na Recepção, devia haver alguma informação relativa ao check-out, pois deixar o cartão do quarto abandonado em cima da mesa pode originar problemas futuros.
