This is average hotel aprox 15-20 minutes by car to the city centar. Rooms are small and made in socialism style, facilities need renovation, wi fi is very bad and you recive signal every 5 minutes. Service is best part and they are nice and polite. Value for money is relativly ok, double room is aprox. 80€.

Nothing was too good and nothing was too bad. Room is 4/5. Clean. Bathroom not well equipped. No shampoo or conditioner, which should be basic. Only one “dove” shower gel and exactly same thing for washing hands. Stuff was very polite. Let us buy food while closing restaurant. Room service is quick and food is nice, but very limited options. Breakfast is 3/5, coffees great. Thing that bothered me the most was that I could hear voices from corridor like they are next to me, so all 3 nights I was awaken around 6am.

The room was really nice, with a nice view from the balcony to the buildings around. The tv in the room was very old and didn't work properly, the colors were completely off. Also one of the things I was really looking forward was the massage and jacuzzi facility, which turned out to be locked and privately owned, so it wasn't possible to use it without making an appointment in advance. On the positive side the breakfast was excellent.

Official Complaint – Unacceptable Behavior at Hotel Bratislava Receptio I am writing to formally report the most inappropriate and disrespectful behavior we have ever encountered at a hotel reception, during our recent visit to Hotel Bratislava. We attempted to communicate with the hotel regarding our children, aged 10, who are currently staying there as part of a group. Our efforts were repeatedly ignored. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were told he was “sitting aside” and unavailable. After insisting on a response, the representative at the reception simply replied: “I’m busy, move aside.” This response, coupled with their total lack of willingness to assist or facilitate any form of communication with hotel management, was utterly unacceptable. We were treated with complete disregard, and it was clear we were being deliberately ignored. We consider this the worst service we have ever experienced at any reception. It is deeply concerning that a hotel hosting children would show such negligence and unprofessionalism. We request that this issue be looked into seriously, and we expect a formal response regarding how this situation will be addressed.

Part of a group travel arrangement, i myself wouldn't book this Hotel, romms are old fashioned and need renovation urgently. The Hotel was totally booked out du to an event somewhere nearby, and the personal was very unfriendly. Reception fully overloaded with guests and several complaints about the rooms, Restaurant personal was unfriendly and opening times were not even close to the signs with the opening hours. Small rooms and especially bathrooms need renovation. AirCondition not working properly, not cleaned for weeks, if working at all. The only place with friendly service and good atmosphere was the Hotel Bar, very friendly personal, good and not too expansive drinks of any kind from fresh beer out of the tap to cocktails. As well outside nice to sit and have some drinks. At our next visit to Bratislava we'll maybe come for some Drinks but for overnight stay we choose another hotel.
