The pillows were roughy and stiff. Wasn’t too comfortable in the bed. TV didnt have no movies we could watch because they all were blocked out.

The location was convenient. One of the days housekeeping never came. Breakfast could be better. They need to get high toilets.

Room was decent for the price. Easy in and out off the yellow route. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Potatoes not cooked through and hard. Other than the breakfast it was a great stay

The room was nice, a bit small, my husband walked into the clothes hangers entering the room. But overall it was nice, bed was super soft, and the hotel itself wasn't in a bad location.

For the cost it was fine. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay there again. First, the building we were in (there were 3) was humid constantly but the building 2 that had the pool was cold and a normal temperature. The room we had only has 2 temperature options - freezer with the AC on or crazy humid if we turned it off. The AC/heat unit looked like it had never been cleaned off. The walls in the bathroom had obvious water lines that shows it was never wiped down.
Pillows were awful.

Our first 3 nights there for some reason they couldnt stop the patrons above us from making noise. It was affecting several rooms around us. There are no hard feelings. Not really crazy about maid service evrry other day. I will stay there again.

Hotel was okay. Was a little dirty and the staff was okay, not rude not polite. It's like 3 hotels in 3 separate buildings. All the exterior doors had keypads but all were unlocked, many proped open. Pretty sure some of the people walking around the halls and sitting on the couches were not guests.

Our first room was clean, no smells however our shower did not work (there was no water pressure). Front desk worked quickly and sent maintenance but when he couldn’t fix it they moved us rooms (quickly and promptly). New room had a weird smell almost like of pee but it was clean and showered work. The pools were chaotic. Maybe a third indoor pool would be helpful since there is 3 buildings. My kids couldnt swim in either pools night one because older teens took over one pool and the other pool so many kids and football being played they couldnt swim. Second night was much calmer but much less people at the pool. Overall we would stay again and the pricing wasnt high!

Very nice, clean & quiet hotel close to the *****. Room was alittle smaller than expected, but we had everything we needed. Definitely would consider staying there again.
