The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was in a good spot in the city but unfortunately there aren’t a ton of convenience stores, shops, or restaurants in the direct vicinity. Breakfast was also included which was a nice bonus. The staff was also so helpful and friendly!

However, there are a couple of negatives. Most of the rooms in this hotel don’t have windows and lack mood lighting, so the rooms are pitch black when you turn the lights off. The air conditioner is also not very strong or easy to regulate, so the room can become a bit stuffy.

Overall, a good stay.

This resort hotel was quite unique and provides a great escape from the city. It is quite remote and far from the Guangzhou city center, but well worth the experience once you are out there. The hotel integrates natural elements into its design, making it a beautiful location surrounded by greenery. The staff at the front desk were professional and respectful. However, the food choices were somewhat limited due to the location, which is understandable. The hotel restaurants offered a reasonable selection at fair prices, but the breakfast buffet was nothing special. Since there is no room service, any extra meals will need to be ordered from the restaurants to take back to your room. Excuse the photo quality, but the different pools and hot springs were definitely the highlight of the trip, offering various choices and experiences to enjoy alongside the natural scenery. Would definitely recommend for couples and families with young children!

Really a nice place for family. They have a variety of rooms, really vouch for family with kids. Ample playing space for little ones and library inclusive. The front desk are helpful, bilingual and friendly. They have a laundry machine and drier, restaurants around the hotel and a beautiful lake view. So ideal, make sure to check out their KTV in Basement 1.
