Iv booked one of the best room with the best view in centara. Room 403
The view was breath taking. It’s peaceful with lush vegetation and tranquility. Enjoyed every bit but one thing really disturbing was fisherman’s right in front of our room. It ruined our privacy and had to call the reception why they are there everyday and this includes late night too. It was centaras private beach and I had to ask why and who is actually catching fish. Was it outsiders or was it staff? The receptionist couldn’t answer my question and this didn’t feel right because it didn’t stop.
I hope this wont repeat to the future guests. Though this happened I really enjoyed my 5 nights at centara I would highly recommend this place specially the rooms with swimming pool.

Happy Holidays.
We have a long holiday with a very big room (2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 1 big living room with a kitchen area) that is good and suitable for a family of 5 like us.
My children love the swimming pool, balcony, sports room and hotel cat. Good location, it is near the beach and food is within a short walking distance.

It is the first time for my children in Phuket. Everything is ok and safe for them. Good service, all reception staff are very friendly especially Khun Bou and a lady with long hair who has a beautiful smile and helped us a lot. We are happy to see the security at the entrance. They smiled and said ”Sawasdee karb” every time we passed by.

We like the sea views from both the bedrooms balcony and mountain view from the living room to have lunch and watch the sunset, no need to find any restaurant because we have everything from our rooms, just need to buy food from outside.

The few things that would be better if they can improve is the bathroom sink is too high for my little daughter, a lot of dried leaves in the pool and noises from the pubs which alerted us a few days but later we got used to it.
But overall it is ok. Good 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊

One of the best hotels ever stayed in; polite, courtious staff, clean comfy and well supplied room with welcome for our anniversary, very good food in the thai restaurant and in the club lounge and easy access to the massive shopping mall next door!

Staf pelayanannya ramah. Hotel perlu direnovasi karena terlihat tanda-tanda penuaan.
