Ulasan Monte Carlo Inn Brampton

I will stay again on my next return to Toronto Canada near future.

Good location from YYZ Airport with not too expensive however, good for someone who drive a car.

Loved the hotel amenities and the interior it’s beautiful. Good location to stay

Decent hotel for the price. First night the wifi was not working. Continental breakfast had fruit medley, yogurt, coffee, juice, pastry but no eggs. For an extra cost you could buy a hot breakfast.

A little more attention to details in room cleaning and a better “included breakfast” would certainly help things.

Need to change hallway carpets. old building. does not match the pictures shown on line. Friendly staffs though.

Young lady at front desk always very considerate, helpful, great customer service skills. Went to her to ask about things to do in the area until check-in however during the storing of my luggage she noticed from my movements that i was extremely tired and told me she could assist with early checkin. I greatly appreciate that as i hadn't slept in two days. Only con, safe did not lock and my lotion was used, half empty so i had to go without. Everything else was very clean.

A very quiet part of the hotel was the perfect place for us so we could get some sleep after getting in late. Beds were very comfortable and roomy.

This hotel was bettter than expected for its great rates. Booked the king deluxe suite with jacuzzi and the room was large, clean and bed very comfortable. The hotel also had a bar and restaurant on site which I wasn’t expecting.

Overall it was okay. Service was very limited to just front desk. They couldn’t provide us with plates, water bottles or deliver anything to the room.

This hotel is not pet friendly even do I called ahead to found after 5 hours driving that it was not. I paid $50 and it changed to pet friendly.?????
