Beach days are less than 2 miles away. Or book a charter from the Boynton Harbor Marina for some fishing or diving. In the evenings enjoy a wide variety of boutiques, galleries, bars, and restaurants along Atlantic Avenue in Delray... or relax and unwind in the private fully fenced backyard. This recently renovated single-level home features tile plank floors throughout, ceiling fans in every room, cordless blinds, and new high-end appliances. GREAT ROOM Open the front door, and step in to a generously sized great room with two full-sized couches (one a queen-sized sleeper sofa), and a 65" flat-screen TV with Roku streaming. DINING ROOM The great room also opens to the dining room, which features an expandable table and seating for 8-10. KITCHEN The kitchen has been well appointed with everything you may need for an extended stay- a toaster oven, a blender, pots & pans, colanders, a Keurig combo coffee maker, and a healthy assortment of cooking utensils- even a food processor. The kitchen can be accessed from the Great Room or the Dining Room and overlooks the Florida Room. FLORIDA ROOM The Florida room sits at the back of the house beyond the dining room, and is filled with natural light thanks to its south-facing windows. The Florida Room is smaller than the Great Room, but it still offers another full-size sofa and a 58" TV. There’s even enough space for a play area. OUTSIDE The Florida Room then opens to the backyard. It's a large (over 2,200 square foot), fully-fenced, private backyard and offers plenty of room for outdoor games. You’ll also find a pair of chaise loungers, perfect for reading a book or working on your tan. There are a pair of mango trees on the property; if the mangoes are in season, please feel free to help yourself to the fresh fruit. BEDROOMS The hallway off the Great Room leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower with multiple options, including a rainfall setting. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and a workspace- a 42” desk and ergonomic desk chair. The 3rd bedroom also features a queen bed and a Roku TV. All bedrooms have remote-controlled ceiling fans, USB charging plugs for phones, nightstands, and plenty of space in closets and drawers. BATHROOMS The Primary bathroom is a ¾ bath featuring dual vanities and a shower with multiple settings. Guests have access to a hairdryer. Starter bottles of toiletries are provided (in case you forgot your favorites). The 2nd Bathroom is the main bathroom. It features plenty of counter space, a combination tub/ shower, and a spa tray to hold the glass of wine and Kindle during your bubble bath. BEACH SUPPLIES The guest closet between the Primary and 2nd bedroom houses the extensive beach supplies provided.
