Hotelf1 Nancy Nord Bouxières-Aux-Dames

No check in whatsoever. No one in reception. You will get a VERY CONFUSING email with a code for you to go into your room. This is a hostel with shared bathrooms and toilets, not a family hotel. Don’t make the same mistake we did if you’re coming here with a family.

I am a blue customer of ******* and have many experiences with HotelF1. Last year it was a good choice but in all my reservations i saw that the room is not clean. The mattress and the blanket had always dirty stain. I am not going to reserve nothing with this hotel. Another problem; They didn't send me the reservation code and the automated machine could not approve my codes. Because they didn't provide me the proforma invoice. So, i stayed out more than one hour, i called the property with the numbers on the reservation ans called the ******* people but no one responded. Finally at 17:20 p.m arrived the reseption person and finally after one hour I could able to do a check in. Even she was agree that the reservation code didn't exist for me. As a blue client of Expedis I didn't expect this.

Incredibly rude night manager on 25th October. Came out of the hotel yelling at us in french, and just kept shouting every time we tried to ask anything before we could even work out what he meant using Google translate. It eventually turned out that he was not happy that the front wheel of our vehicle was ON the line of the front of the parking space. Managed to show him a translation saying that we found his behaviour rude, that he was shouting at us unnecessarily and that we would be making a complaint but he just laughed at us and walked off. After finally getting sorted and getting into the hotel, we found it to be dirty, run down and in an overall pretty poor state of repair. Broken door locks on the toilets, brown stains on skirting boards. It makes a UK Travelodge seem like a five star hotel. We thought it would be a safe, cheap place to sleep, having stayed in an F1 in Calais only the week before. Avoid this place unless you have no choice.

A fuireeee !! Lit dégoûtant moisit et tâches partout et le gérant est autain ! Hôtel de passe, les gendarme nous ont confirmer que cette hotel et à fuireeee beaucoup d'intervention et aucune salle de bain propre honteux ! Nous avons été escorté par la gendarmerie qui nous as donné raison et constaté les faits vers un hotel à 10 minutes magnifique douche chambre propre avec écran plat et salle de bain pour 10 euros de plus. Joyeux Noël Monsieur le responsable de nuit !

Rapport qualité prix: très satisfaits Nous y avons très bien dormi. La chambre et les draps étaient très propres. Les toilettes et la douche à l' étage aussi. Nous étions très contents. Le service était également très bien. Les chambres, toilettes et douches ont été bien rénovées.

Es handelt sich um eine einfache, saubere Unterkunft. Im Zimmer nur Waschbecken. WC und Dusche als Gemeinschaftseinrichtung auf dem Gang. Unkompliziertes Parken, einfacher Zugang auch zu später Nacht. ACHTUNG! Unmittelbar neben der Autobahn - laut!
