No open flame fires, fireworks, bonfires, etc - due to high fire risk. No yelling, blasting music, fighting, or other loud noises that could disturb the neighbors. This house has an exceptional wastewater plumbing setup. If you and your guests are responsible for the overflow, we will charge you for the resulting plumbing costs.
