The 40 acre property is right in the middle of the Black Hills and is surrounded by forest service with French Creek rolling through the valley. There are an endless amount of trails that can be accessed directly off the property for all your outdoor activities (ATV's, horseback riding, hiking and climbing).The outdoor activities are endless with great hiking, ATV or mountain bike riding, horseback riding or just relaxing in the heart of the hills. It is also very close to downtown Custer, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, great restaurants, bars and much more. The air is fresh with moderate temperatures during the summer months. Occasional afternoon showers will not be an access concern, unlike many rentals in the Black Hills having miles of dirt roads, because the house has a paved driveway. No cause for concern with the summer hail as the house has an overly large attached two car garage available for parking your personal car, motorcycle and/or the rental car.Wildlife:Almost daily, deer frequent the yard in the evenings, bluebirds abound and squirrels playfully chatter from the trees.Additional Amenities:We have fishing poles available for kids to enjoy the free fishing, for those 12 years of age or younger, in the many nearby lakes, without parents having to invest in this gear for a one time vacation outing. Lawn chairs and coolers are also made available.
