With great attention to detail and warm, inviting living spaces, this home is a great place to call home while visiting Telluride. Guests enter this home on the ground level of the Owl Meadows complex, which is located on Telluride's west end. The first floor of the home has a small 8'x7' one-car private covered garage with interior access. The bunk room with a captain's bunk, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combination and vanity. The open stairway leads to the upper floors where you will find the primary guest bedrooms,, and common areas. The second floor has two bedrooms; the master suite and a second master. The second master has a king bed, flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The master suite has a comfortable king bed, flatscreen TV, small ensuite balcony and a luxurious bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and a step-in steam shower with a glass enclosure. We are looking forward to these improvements being completed over the next 7-8 weeks. The renovated pool/spa area should add a great deal to the overall look and feel of the Viking Lodge Property. This recently renovated Viking Lodge studio is the perfect spot for a couple or small family. You enter in the sleeping area with brand-new queen-size bed. A barn door closes off the sleeping area for more privacy. There is a full bathroom with washer and dryer and separate shower/water closet. The open living and dining room is perfect for a small gathering. The couch folds out to a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a brand new 50” flat screen mounted on the wall for your viewing pleasure. The unit is ground floor and the San Miguel river is just steps away from the covered patio. There are several chairs for sitting and enjoying coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Please note the bunk bed does not have a top railing. It is not suitable for small children or the elderly. The Viking Lodge has several grills to use along with a salt water pool and hot tub. Once you stay at the Viking Lodge 115, you will never want to leave! Telluride and the surrounding area have featured prominently in pop culture.
