At the heart of this home is an open-concept kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living room, anchored by a large sectional. This arrangement allows you to cook, dine, and relax while staying connected with your group, perfect for sharing meals or enjoying each other's company. For moments of solitude or concentration, retreat to our secluded family room. A cozy fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, making it an ideal spot for studying, working from home, or diving into a good book. Adding to the communal spirit of the home is a large dining room where everyone can gather together for any meal, making it perfect for celebrations, intimate dinners, or casual breakfasts. Each detail in our property is designed with your utmost comfort and enjoyment in mind, promising a stay that's as relaxing as it is memorable. We are available from a distance but can be there in case of emergency. We are only 20 minutes away if there's anything you might need. As of 9/25/24 the bidet is no longer in use. - ⁠Absolutely no unwarranted parties or events allowed. External cameras will be monitored, and any sign of this will result in eviction with no refund. Animal Policy: NO CATS. Maximum 1 Medium/Large Dog or 2 small dogs.** NON- SHEDDING HYPOALLERGENIC ONLY*** Must be HOUSE TRAINED and CRATED when guests leave. The cost is $35/Per Dogl/ Per Night and needs to be paid through the resolution center the day you book. If you would like the animal to sleep on the bed with you, please bring a sheet for it to lay on. Do not let your dog loose at any time. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal(s) on the entire property. Any unapproved or additional animals are subject to a $50 daily fee per animal. - Engaging in any illegal activities, including underage drinking, smoking marijuana on the property, loitering outside past quiet hours, or hosting a party without the host's consent, will result in immediate eviction without refund. - No extra guests allowed inside the unit unless approved by the host before booking confirmation. If you try to bring unwarranted guests in, you may be forced to leave without refund. So, don’t risk it. - ⁠Extra guest charge $30/pp/PER NIGHT, regardless of whether they stay or not. - Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $150/hr fee in 1-hour increments, up to a maximum of 2 hours. Any time beyond 2 hours will result in an additional $500 fee. - Smoking inside the unit will lead to a $500 OZONE cleaning fee, in addition to any security deposit. - Forgotten items mailed to guests incur a $50 charge plus shipping costs. - Outside quiet hours begin at 9pm. - The first noise/neighbor complaint after quiet hours will result in a $250 fine. Additional complaints lead to immediate termination of the stay with no refund. - Parking cars on the grass incurs a $250 fine per car. - Reservation changes are subject to approval, and if allowed, a minimum of 50% of adjusted/removed dates will be withheld by the host. No reservation date adjustments allowed within 30 days of booking. - The host reserves the right to request photos of valid driver's licenses/passports from all guests in the party.- Guests must clean up all garbage from the yard every night, or an excessive cleanup fee at a minimum of $50 will apply. - Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees. Please plan accordingly. - Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds. - All issues should be reported within 3 hours after check-in. With photographic evidence. - All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund. - Communication is very important to us. We would greatly appreciate it if any issues could be communicated directly to us, rather than being left in a review. - If you have concerns about these rules, kindly refrain from booking.
