Our 2-bedroom/2-bath condo is conveniently located in the heart of Dewey! Our 2-story condo unit #3 is in the small Colonial Seas Condominium on Saulsbury Street! You have two reserved parking spaces right in front of our home. Walkability!! Conveniently located on an oceanfront lot - with direct beach access and close to everything - 22 steps to the beach (my personal favorite!), Starboard and Dewey Beer Co. on the corner, a 2 minute walk to Woody's for the best crab cake sandwich! Bright and open with a nicely stocked granite kitchen, coastal vibes and colors, clean, and comfy! Washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. Two full baths (one on each level) - one with a tub. Two super cute beach themed bedrooms - one with a full bed and single trundle and the other with a Queen bed, private full bath and outside access to a common deck area with ocean views. Enjoy our newly curtained off patio area for outside meals, a glass of wine or just to relax and listen to the waves. Our building is on an oversized lot with a sandy area for outdoor games. Conveniently, there's a clean and spacious outside shower right next to the condo's back entrance. Gas grill provided also. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. One with private bath and 1 Queen bed; 2nd bedroom has 1- Full & 1 - single (trundle style). Best suited for a max of 4 people. It's a little tight with over 4 people, especially if there are dogs along. *Added note - Bed sheets and bath/beach towels are not provided. You will need 1 Q and 1 F set of sheets, and 1 Single for the trundle. Convenience, Cleanliness and Comfort is our motto! Sheets can be provided by our cleaning services team for a fee. This vacation home is perfect for families who enjoy being close to the beach and water, with everything within walking distance. Pelican Cove is a sought-after beach retreat, offering a comfortable and stylish space with a private sandy beach and a boat dock. Families and professionals can expect a prompt response to inquiries. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with two full-size beds, and a full bathroom shared between them on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a twin bed and a full bath. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, but beach towels are not.There is also a pack and play.The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (except for an oven), a granite countertop, a kitchen island with seating for four, and all necessary cookware, dishes, and silverware. A convection microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker are also provided, as well as basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and spices. A portable high chair is available for infants.All bedrooms have smart TV'sOther amenities include crab traps, beach chairs, and a beach buggy. Outside, guests can enjoy a gas grill, chairs, tables, and a covered area on the beach, crabbing and fishing from the dock, a boat slip, beautiful sunsets, and an outdoor shower. A children's playground is located nearby at the Lion's Club, close to the Northbeach restaurant.One dedicated parking spot, and an additional vehicle can park in a guest spot. Any extra vehicles have to park on Reed Ave with a permit.
