The patio is outfitted with comfy outdoor seating to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and concert tunes from across at The Promenade. —The dining area seats 8+, and is great for games, hosting guests for meals, or remote work. —The kitchen shines here with marbled quartz counters, counter height island with seating, stainless appliances, and a sink that overlooks sunset views.
