The villa is built on one floor, featuring an open living room and kitchenette with high-quality appliances. The living room has a light fireplace for ambiance and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. There are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds that can be placed together. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a large terrace. The living room also has a high-quality and easy-to-use sofa bed as an alternative sleeping space. From the entrance hall, there is access to the sauna area and a separate WC, which also includes a washing machine. In the cottage's terrace there is a wood heated hot tub (customer heats it by himself), which can be rented for extra price. The Hot tub is in use all year round. Hot tub rental paid along the accommodation booking + firewood 20 e / heating time. Firewood is paid with Mobile Pay, to a bank account or on the spot directly to the owner. The hot tub always has clean water from the well. You can bathe in it 2-3 times by adding an activated carbon tablet after bathing. The water change is charged at 80 euros (incl. emptying, washing and filling). Next to the boat dock there is a large, smooth grass playing field where you can play football or badminton, for example. Nets and goals are available. Outboard motor for hire at a different price (advance booking). If necessary, you can ask the owner about free transportation from the center of Inkoo to the cottage. Hot tub rental is paid at the time of booking. An additional fee of 20 euros per heating session is charged for firewood. Firewood can be paid via Mobile Pay, bank transfer, or directly to the owner on-site. The customer heats the hot tub themselves. The hot tub will be filled with clean water and ready for use upon your arrival.
