Noise monitors are on-site to help us stay in compliance with the city, and will automatically trigger if noise levels exceed the threshold.***Noise complaints that remain unresolved may result in hefty city-imposed fines which will be billed to the guest***Pool:-Heating the pool requires a significant amount of gas, so there is a $150 per night fee.
