We're on the Apalachicola Bay side, but the Gulf beach is across the street, with private beach access for our guests. You can watch the sunrise on the beach, and sunsets from our private dock or hot tub. Many of Saint George Island's vacation rentals are large homes that rent only by the week. We designed Happiness Bay Studio for two people, for any length of stay, so you can make a quick escape to Saint George whenever your schedule allows. The space is designed for luxury and convenience. The kitchenette has a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, double hot plate, coffee pot, with coffee, oil, and spices. This is a ground-floor studio apartment with private entrance and self check-in via digital lock. This is a brand new home in the Summercamp Beach community. It includes access to the resort-style clubhouse and pool, as well as two miles of private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax.The resort-style pool is a quick 3-minute walk from our home. The clubhouse is open to all guests, including changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and patio seating. Free parking is available at the clubhouse if you need to transport lots of pool gear/coolers, etc. This home is dog friendly! The pet fee covers a deep cleaning required after any pets to ensure maximum cleanliness for the next guest. Please respect local leash laws, but feel free to bring your furry friend to the pet friendly beach. A maximum of two dogs allowed.The main house features four bedrooms, each one with a queen-sized bed. There are also two pull-out sleeper sofas in the upstairs den, which sleep an additional four guests. A total of 12 guests in the main house. This property also features a carriage house with game room and additional livingroom. The carriage house includes a ping pong table and other games for guests to enjoy! The carriage house sleeps an additional six (one bedroom with queen bed and two sleeper sofas in the livingroom). The gated resort-style pool is a quick 3-minute walk from our home. The clubhouse is open to all guests, including changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and patio seating. Free parking is available at the clubhouse if you need to transport lots of pool gear/coolers, etc. Summercamp features two miles of private beach and over 12 beach access points. Morning walks along the community boardwalks are a must! The surrounding areas are truly an escape from a busy life. You won't find any traffic and wait lists for restaurants. Instead, you can visit the quaint town of Carrabelle and visit our local fresh seafood market, antique shops, and restaurants.
