Ulasan Bourne Hall Hotel

Not the room was showed on the booking,stains all over the walls and ceiling with wallpaper about to fall down from ceiling,that place is in a huge need of tidying up 🙈

When we arrived the receptionist said we have a problem with your booking we don’t have a room available at Bourne hall hotel so we have another hotel not far from here, but i dont acept it, after 10 min not acept it something else then he find us a room, this is terrible everything was booked 4-5 days before and paid everything, and we don’t get the room, shamefully service

When we arrive at the hotel we have to queue to do the check-in and the room was too hot and it was a bit old , there was not a window so we have to left the door open and not te o coffee was provided in the room

Stayed here for 1 night as my daughter was competing in a dance competition we arrived early as she was due to be on stage at 12pm and they let us check in early which was great rooms were great only thing was there was no plug for the bath but overall lovely stay would defo be back next year

Unfortunately after booking a hotel in a quiet beach area we were moved to flatu far from the beach and very noisy

The WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed. The room was very tired with a light hanging off the wall with electrical wires showing, the bed had hairs and glass in it.! Reported to the hotel staff with a comment of - what do you want me to do about it. Absolutely disgusting and should not be operating as a hotel.

All I can say don’t stay here. Absolutely disgusting. First of all gave our room to someone else so made out they were upgrading us. To a family studio which was situated outside at the back of the hotel. Then never told us about any work codes or times of check out. My kids were so upset. My husband was so mad. Too it all off when we can to check out in the morning the reception was shut. So I had to ring this number for someone to come. Eventually the owner came and gave me a quarter of my money back. Never will we visit again.

The family running the hotel are quite friendly and kind (so I feel bad writing this). However, my room was run down, had a musty/unpleasant smell and was incredibly hot (despite me leaving the window as wide open as possible). The beds were terribly uncomfortable (thin spring mattress), as were the pillows and bedding (poor quality synthetics). There are no night staff (just an emergency number) if you need anything. I booked late, and was unable to get a room at my usual hotel (so in some ways this "choice" is my bad) but for the cost of the room I'm admittedly shocked at the poor quality.

I ended up staying here after a mix up at another hotel, the staff were friendly but things didn’t start well as they had issues with the card reader not connecting. Upon going to my room I was surprised by the amount of light……..and it went down hill from there. The bed was very hard, the tv remote didn’t work and the bathroom light was very dull…it goes on. It sounded like someone was pacing up and down outside my room during the night. I found the paintwork dirty bare electric wires, and the coffee cups were dirty. I will not be staying again.

Stinking filthy Hotel.! Doors didn't lock, do moved to a room with no tv when I ahd paid for room with TV. In this room windows woukd bot close, bathroom door was broken. Holes in walls no duvet just a throw. Tea making facilities with lomg life milk almost a year out of date. When trying g to complain twice the reception had shutters down. Bed was rock hard, whole place was very loud so no sleep. Police in attendance due to rooms being broken into. Nearly £250 for 2 nights and non refundable so had to stay. Avoid at all costs absolutely disgusting

Please avoid with any cost , everything in those rooms is damaged, I went to the beach with my 1 years old baby, he got skin problems after our visit , dirty all over , wallpaper is piling off, strange smell , the water is low pressure and either to hot and you got burned or to cold , you can not sleep through night cause is noisy and very hot , no ac so we could not sleep at all , my baby was crying all night , heartbreaking. If you want to use the kettle you will see that it was not clean in an adequate way. In the bathroom the bath tube it was fixed with sellotape . Please avoid if you don’t want to get stressed, and you really want to have an amazing holiday and to get proper rest . Stuff overall friendly .

I booked a room for my family and myself for one night stay at over £165 for the night. We arrived at 2pm which was the check in time after a long 6 and half hour journey. After waiting 20 mins to be attended to, the receptionist firstly could not find my booking, then eventually, once found stated our room was not ready and could we wait at least half an hour. After explaining how long we had travelled for I said that was unacceptable, as we had arrived on time. The manager Sreenath firstly said he could not do anything as the room was not ready. He eventually said I will give you a studio room which was an upgrade but will still take time to get ready. Having waited another 15 mins we eventually was given a room, which was definitely not an upgrade, but basically the room I had originally booked. The room was not very clean had stains on the linen and generally smelt of cooking. I wasn’t impressed and made my feelings known. The manager and staff were not interested in my concerns and basically wanted me to go away as they had many other customers queuing up with more complaints to deal with!! When everything was eventually sorted, I mentioned I have parked my car here. To be told that will be £15 a night to park. I immediately refused as this wasn’t made clear on the booking. The response I got was it was nothing to do with the hotel and is run by a third party. Obviously another money making scheme, that forced guests to pay as they felt they had no choice. I made the choice to leave immediately, after being abused by the manager for sticking up for my principles and for sticking up for another couple who’s English was limited and were trying to resolve their own complaint. After I mentioned I will be leaving a bad review on trip advisor I was then told they can discount the parking!!!! All that after arguing with me that the parking fee was nothing to do with them!! So we ended up leaving immediately after nearly seven hours journey feeling so upset and angry having looked forward to a nice two days in bournemouth which ended up lasting a few hours.
