The room was narrow and the bed was small……The room was not clean enough……You have to wait for hot water to arrive……oda da buzdolabı yoktu….. The hot water heater was not clean….. The location of the hotel is good. It is in a central place.,…..

Although a basic hotel, staff extremely friendly. Our room appeared to have been recently refurbished and very comfortable. One of the few times I didn't have a bad back on the morning. There is the option of breakfast if needed. Also there's a bar area but we didn't use it.

We have recently just returned from staying six nights at this hotel with our children and we cannot praise it enough. The hotel is very clean, and the food is excellent. It is also modernly and tastefully decorated and has very friendly and helpful staff which all contributed to an excellent stay. If we return to Bournemouth this hotel will be the first one we will look to book. Thank you.

If only all hotels could be as good as this one, the Cecil Court is a great hotel and a real credit to the team that runs this small hotel in the heart of the town. My welcome was friendly, professional and efficient with all aspects of the hotel explained and on completion, I felt that anything that the team could undertake to make my stay the finest that it could be would not be any trouble. The room was lovely, wonderfully decorated, presented and maintained, containing all you require for a cosy stay including a good television and Wi-Fi. The bed was extremely comfortable aiding a lovely night's sleep. The whole place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended and one of the best small hotels in Bournemouth.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and very close to city centre. Didn't realise it was a tenner for the weekends car parking, but not a problem. Would definitely book again if staying in Bournemouth for the weekend. One slight negative point, the shower was a bit of a problem getting the temperature right, even with instructions.....yes, there are instructions lol

I left the review on trip advisor. Some of the good points is nicely decorated rooms. Good location. However if I was a larger person the standard double room would not be suitable. Shower cubicle is way too small. The water issues are real and to be honest they should be your priority rather than putting a note on bathroom door that they maybe interruptions. The shower we could not have in our room for 2 hours as no hot water even when you fixed the broken hose is not acceptable. People don’t complain as they go there for holiday and not to creat extra stress for themself. So they let lots of things slip. The parking should be free at your own property for residents. Other charges you had created like late check out £20 is more that in travel lodge. What is the charge for unsociable arrivals?? All other ones too. I also want to mention that I had never seen so much dust under the beds. Bed did not have a sheet that spread from end to end that’s more odd. Pillows are not that comfortable. As one night we did not raise complaint but I feel you need to improve. Anything that was mentioned in previous reviews is valid and I did not like you get on defensive side. So overall no we will not use your hotel again.
