Our flight arrived late, so we didn’t get to explore the hotel facilities. The location and cleanliness were good. There was service, but not much warmth or hospitality. It’s a straightforward business hotel—functional, but nothing beyond that.

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

The room was not so big but the hotel location was perfect for us. Had trouble to park the car.

The hotel was fine, it is in a great location and has everything you need but nothing special.
The bathroom wasn’t 100% clean and the room could do with some updated finishes

위치 빼고는 모든게 최악이었어요! 서비스나 시설이 4성급이 아니라 1성급도 안되는.. 낡고 칙칙하고 어두운 감옥같은 룸. 사진에 속지 마세요!
위치가 좋고 사진상 창문과 뷰가 너무 예뻐보여서 예약했는데, 실제로는 사진과 같은 창도 없고 뷰도 없는 감옥처럼 갑갑한 방이었어요. 아마 창이 크고 뷰가 예쁜 사진의 룸은 더 윗등급인 것 같은데, 그럼 사진을 바꿔놓아야 혼동이 없지 않을까요?
방은 매우 낡고 작은 창문에 뷰는 시커면 옆건물 벽뷰였어요ㅡㅡ; 방도 어두컴컴하고 칙칙했고요. 방안의 온풍기가 소리가 너무 크다 못해 중간중간 '삑!삑!' 소리가 크게 나서 도저히 틀어놓고 잡을 잘 수 없는 수준이었고요. 냉장고는 문이 알려리는 고장이었습니다. 더 가관인건 이 부분에 대해서 카운터에 이야기하려고 전화기를 들었는데 전화기조차 고장이었어요;;;ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 하.
아니 남은 방도 많은 것 같았는데 좀 더 나은 방으로 주시는 센스 좀 발휘해주시지.. 굳이 엘리베티어에서 제일 먼 방에(복도가 카펫이라 캐리어가 안끌려서 매우 불편했음;) 어두칙칙하고 모든 시설이 다 고장난 방으로 배정한 직원분들도 참.. 근데 이 해괴한 히터소리가 과연 우리방에서만 나는게 아닌건가 싶었던게 복도를 지나가는데 다른방들에서 히터소리가 매우 크더라고요;
정점은 룸전화가 안되어서 1층 로비로 가서 이야기했거든요? 사람을 보내서 고쳐준다더니 결국 오지 않았습니다;;;;ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 하. 진짜 게스트하우스에서도 이런식으로 관리하는 곳은 없을거에요.
저같이 피해보시는 분이 없기를 바라는 마음으로 리뷰 남깁니다. 전면적인 리모델링과 시설 점검, 직원들 서비스 교육이 시급한 호텔입니다.
