The property has potential but about half or more of the staff was behaving as though they were doing the customers a favor by doing their job. At the 5 o’clock bar, the evening bartender gave us our drinks and didn’t say anything to us but turned around and was smiling, laughing, and conversing with 2 gentlemen at the other end of the bar. I watched that bartender treat any certain patrons the same way as he did to our party. One man walked up to order and then another man afterwards and the bartender smiled and asked the 2nd customer first, what he needed, while ignoring the 1st customer. I thought that was so rude. He would set our drinks in front of us and said nothing. It was so obvious that he favored the customers at the other end of the bar. We had 3adults in our room and they gave us 2 bath towels. When I asked about it, I was told they didn’t have enough towels on the property. The valet signs were out and no valet was present. When we asked for a cart for our bags they wouldn’t let us have one and said we had to wait for a bellman to accompany the cart. They seem short staffed &the ones who are employed don’t seem like they want to be there. I was disappointed about that. The place is nice &has potential but I hope they can get some employees that understand customer service. There were a handful of employees that were awesome like at the sports bar &the cigar bar. Otherwise, It’s pretty sad. I had more specifics on the bartender situation but ******* rejected it.
