There’s plenty to do year round with a large fire pit, smoker, horseshoes, corn hole, jenga blocks, board games, screened in room w/ pool table & a covered parking/patio. Accommodates up to 20 people and is great for getting together with family and friends! The space -Bedroom #1: two king sized bottom bunk beds with one queen bed on top. Inside bedroom 1 is a small room with two more queen bunk beds Sleeps 10 Bedroom# 2 Two sets of queen bunk beds Sleeps 8 Private detached room: 1 queen bed Sleeps 2 Margarita Machine Addition rental fee of $150 Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, fire pit, smoker, horseshoe pit, corn hole game and large jenga blocks. There is a stocked outdoor refrigerator you are welcome to, we just ask that you replace or leave $1 per drink for those and the kuerig k-cups.
