The farmhouse-style kitchen featuring hand-built cupboards and a large table, perfect for homemade meals or takeaways. While private, you may hear the occasional sound from the apartment above or the sounds of village life outside. You're right in the heart of Borth, just moments from the sea, with shops, a boutique cinema, cafés, gift shops, and friendly pubs all within easy walking distance. As the long sandy beach stretches north, is Borths’ sunken forest, an incredible natural phenomenon. You can find ancient tree stumps dating back thousands of years, visible at low tide. Just north of the village lies Ynyslas, with its sweeping sand dunes and wild beach. From the south of the village, up the cliff, you can join the coastal path and walk all the way to Aberystwyth, with clifftop views, seabirds, and seals along the way. Aberystwyth itself is just 7 miles away, an easy drive or train ride. There you’ll find a Victorian promenade, a cliff railway, and the terminus of the Vale of Rheidol steam railway, which winds up into the Cambrian Mountains to the dramatic Devil’s Bridge waterfalls.
