WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 600 m, supermarket 1.5 km, railway station "Alba" 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. 6-room semi-detached house 180 m2 on 2 levels. For 3 families the top house. 3 bathrooms and garden very well maintained. Were on June 24th, 2023 for 1 week with Gemma and Ermando chilling. Immediately again
