It's located right next to the tourist information center, so it's in a great location. It's also close to a tram station, so it's very convenient for sightseeing.
The exterior was modest, but I was excited by the French-style staircase and rooms.
There is an elevator, but you have to climb about three flights of stairs to get to some places.
The hotel staff were polite and they also stored my luggage for free. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.
The facilities were clean and wonderful, with no particular inconveniences, but they don't provide toothbrushes like in Japan, so I'll give it 4 stars.
It's very good value for money, so I'd like to return when I go to Bordeaux again.

Great hotel in a great location. Right on the edge of old town in Bordeaux, so it was a short walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was was courteous, friendly. and very helpful with recommendations for food and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.
