Ulasan Apparteo Bordeaux

Hello, I'm going to write in English and French. Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students) Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better. Voici les bons de l'établissement Apparteo, celui-ci est vraiment très bien situé proche des bassins à flots, la chambre qui m'a été attribué avait une excellente vue avec un couché de soleil vraiment magnifique et apaisant, il y a une station de bus juste devant l'hôtel et la station de tram cité du vin n'est pas loin, celle-ci est à seulement 5 Stations du centre de Bordeaux , pas très loin il y a aussi les hangars, belle promenade de jour comme de nuit, honnêtement Apparteo est très bien positionné, tout été assez propre malgré de légers défauts, Apparteo est aussi une résidence étudiante. Maintenant pour la mauvaise parti, heureusement qu'une personne qui séjournent dans l'établissement m'a aider sinon je n'aurai pas eu l'accès à celui-ci ni eu la possibilité de récupérer ma réservation de chambre, surtout qu'il y a besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la boîte où se trouve enveloppe pour la carte de chambre, le problème ici c'est qu'il y a aussi les réservations d'autres personnes accessible, je pense qu'il faudrait sécurisé un peu plus l'accès à ses informations, du coup ni a mon arrivée ni a mon départ je n'ai pu croisé de réceptionniste, il y avait aussi une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain / toilette, ouvrir les fenêtres et mettre un peu de parfum à pu atténuer l'odeur mais celle-ci revenez si je fermé la porte de la salle de bain, la table à manger été assez instable mais en dehors de cela , le séjour été vraiment agréable, belle endroit, assez calme, fan des bassins à flot, la vue incroyable, bref excellent de se côté là Au final je recommande totalement Apparteo malgré les petits défauts qui peuvent être résolu assez rapidement avec de la volonté, vraiment dommage que je n'ai pu croisé personne a la réception. Appart hôtel propre. Il faudra compter quelques secondes pour atteindre l’arrêt de bus, une quinzaine de minutes pour l’arrêt de tram.

Très bon service et très bonne chambre. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les conditions. A recommander absolument, merci

Nice place to stay in Bordeaux, the studio looked just like the pictures and was very clean. Comfy beds, nice bedding and towels. Great to have catering facilities and a shared balcony. There is a free gym onsite, a launderette, secure parking, and a communal roof garden & reception area. Helpful staff on reception. 7 min walk to tram B, bus number 5 stops right outside. A few negatives to be aware of: We stayed 9 days and the room was not serviced at all. No clean bedding/towels/bins changed etc. Reception is open very limited hours so it can be difficult to contact someone if you have a problem. I sent an email and no-one replied. There is no aircon so the rooms can get hot in summer. All in all, a great value stay, I’d definitely stay here again!

The Apparteo Bordeaux is a secure house near to some promenade with good way to the open transport system. Big profit of the Apparteo Bordeaux is, that is has a few community areas. Thanks.

Awful place. Not like the pictures, tiny with no seating area at all. Stained toilet and dirty bathroom. Hot ring looked about 100 years old. Balcony shared with 4 other apartments, no furniture. Despite repeated requests to find out about parking and numerous phone calls no help was given. Ended up not staying but could not get any response from them when requesting a refund. Don’t book would be my advice.

The room that I stayed was not clean at all, there was dust everywhere and the sheets had a smell of being humid. It's obvious that the rooms are old and need maintenance.

The accomodation was dirty, the towels also. I didn't feel secure sleeping there. I don't recommend this place at all. It's better to pay a liitle bit more money than staying at Apparteo

Things to know about this hotel: It's a student hotel so it will be loud Broken showers and beds If you can not check in between 15:00 and 17:50 then you will not be sleeping the night Its unmanned so don't expect to ask anyone for help Everything is in french There is a west side and east side, east side can be found through the car park Remember your code for the front door If you book direct you get a better check in experience and better communication Phone number doesn't work work noone ever answers no matter what time you call, no email address to communicate with.

Conveniently located in a popular area of Bordeaux. The room was clean and reasonably well equipped, but it was not serviced during my 8-night stay. No air-conditioning, but a large and powerful electric fan was provided.

The place was clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They changed my booking when i made a mistake and left clear instructions when i arrived after closing time. In the morning they were also very helpful. The room was clean and what i expected for the price. The hotel was very hot however and unfortunately the were many mosquitos despite the windows being closed. This affected my sleep a lot. If they can sort the mosquitoes i would recommend this 100%.

Enjoyed the stay. Very comfortable. It is situated in a great area and it is very easy to get to the city centre. The apartment is generally neat but the toilet can be cleaner. I will definitely stay here again when I visit next.
