The staff were and pleasant courteous. The view was great (sea view suite). Overall, I would say it was probably worth what I paid but don't expect a true to 4 star resort. It may have been 4 stars at one time but with holes in the curtains, a rainfall shower that 75% of the holes were plugged up, a safe that doesn't work (still wait for someone to come check it out) and a very basic breakfast, it's hard to say it was a 4 star resort.
I do not feel like I was ripped off but will probably look for a different resort next trip.

The place was really great! It was settled in a quieter area so there weren't plenty of people. It's near lots of other establishments too. All the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I just loved our stay in the hotel. It giives you a good view of the beach and the island's beautiful sunset. My family and I just loved our daily breakfast aside from the good food, the view is so giving. The staff are so friendly too

I transferred to Hennans Hotel after staying at ocean club four nights. Rooms were not cleaned properly, bathroom door would not close properly. Service desk are rude and the Buffett breakfast was really poor quality. Hennans is a much nicer hotel amazing food.

The location is good, as well as the staff service. We were not able to use the wifi service in the room throughout our stay; we kept calling front desk to assist to fix the wifi. After calling it will
connect for about 10-15mins and will disconnect again. The door in our room is a bit difficult to open as well; but otherwise we still enjoyed our stay.
