We really love the place as well as the room we’re staying-beach front. I am really particular with scents or how the place/room/towels/linens smells like. The fresh smell of linens/towels added more points. Also the staff like Juvy and the rest that greets us everytime, the nice and welcoming F&B Manager that we spoke with too. Also, I appreciate the perfect birthday setup for me. Both the room setup and the surprise greeting song while having breakfast.
Overall, a good place to stay, good food and good ambience. Worth recommending and coming back to!

There is nothing to complain about the hotel and facilities
Wi-Fi runs smoothly, and tv channels are plenty of options
The restaurant is good
Dinner attractions are nice
The staff are the best value of this hotel, and it seems the management is on point.

Staff members are respectful and professional, very helpful and the place was very nice and clean it’s a place you can relax and trust. My stay in Ambassador in Paradise was amazing.

What a location! Sitting on our balcony looking at the white sand and turquoise water is what Boracay is all about. It’s on a peaceful section of beach so swimming in the ocean was always uncrowded and enjoyable. The hotel restaurant is good with plenty of options close by. DMall which is the restaurant and bar area of town is walkable or a cheap trike away.

By far, my most favorite hotel. If you need a peaceful place with greatest staff service, clean and big room, big pool then I guarantee you that this is the place to book. Not expensive. 100/10. Truly recommendable. Ocean view ang room and well engineered. With cookies pa everynight, welcome drinks and welcome necklace. You will not regret if you book this place.

Fantastic location at station 1 and a good hotel. We would not class it as a five star hotel, more like a four star. We would not recommend the breakfasts, plenty of better places closer, it is not a buffet style and the food presentation can be poor. No hot water during our whole visit (warm at best).
The staff at times are friendly but not as good as other five star hotels that we have stopped in.
The spa treatments were very good, the gym was basic and had poor lighting.
