Transportasi: Ada biaya tambahan untuk penjemputan dan pengantaran. Sebenarnya jaraknya sangat dekat, tetapi harus diisi secara terpisah Sanitasi: pembersihan akan disediakan selama diperlukan Lingkungan: Tepat di pantai di Pier 2, lumayan Layanan: Seluruh staf hotel memiliki sikap yang sangat baik, mungkin karena tidak ada seorang pun karena epidemi.

Great hotel at a great location. Special thanks to Mr. JED, who was always helpful and trying to make my stay as confortable as possible. The front desk staff can be a bit kinder instead of trying to be intimidating. When checking in early I waited in the lobby for 3hours untill JED went and got me a room that was already available I had a few complaints but decided to disregard them due to JED's great service and professionalism.

My stay at Henann Palm Beach Resort was a picturesque getaway, with its stunning beachfront location providing breathtaking views. Situated in a prime spot, the resort offered easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to every need. However, my experience was marred by the presence of ants throughout the room, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite this issue, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the resort's beauty, convenient location, and excellent service.

Great hotel with a great location and restaurants. Only the gym hours are too short

It was nice. Food was nice too. Staffs were accommodating. Even the nurses gave special treatment from the wound I got from the resort.

Very convenient as the hotel is situated near the beach. I love the infinity pool so relaxing and my kids really enjoyed swimming.

Thank you so much Hennan Palm for the unforgetable experience with my kids. What a great suptise to saw a Happy Birthday greetings from them (teary eyes). It was for my two sons, I ever had a chance to celebrate their birthday this year cause I am an OFW, that's why we're celebrating when I went home. The staff was superb. All in all it was very good. Oh, and also they gave me a better view, we are staying on the 6th floor.
